Sparshya (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides home-visit therapeutic massage for women across Delhi NCR, by appointment. This policy covers our website (sparshya.com) and the booking process.

When you submit the booking form, you choose to share:

• Your chosen service, preferred date and time
• Your area or locality in Delhi NCR
• Any health notes or requests you decide to add (optional)

We do not ask for your name, full address, payment details or any document on the website. We collect only what we need to confirm and arrange your session.

How we use it

Your details are used for one purpose only: to contact you, confirm your booking, and arrange your session. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we never add you to any list.

How your booking reaches us

When you submit the form, the details are sent securely to our private inbox through an email delivery provider so we can respond. Confirmation then happens directly between you and us — by phone or on Telegram. Your booking details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and are not published anywhere.

Telegram

If you contact us on Telegram, your message is handled within Telegram’s own platform, subject to Telegram’s privacy practices. We use it simply as a private, convenient way to talk.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — which pages are read, and broad patterns like device and region. This helps us improve. Analytics uses cookies and may collect a truncated IP address and usage data. It does not identify you personally, and it is never linked to your booking. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and your booking details travel encrypted. We treat everything you share with care and discretion. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so we encourage you to share only what you’re comfortable sharing.
