About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or book a session with Sparshya. By making a booking, you agree to them. They’re written to keep things clear and respectful for everyone.

Our service

Sparshya provides professional, therapeutic home-visit massage for women across Delhi NCR, by appointment only. Our massage is therapeutic and wellness-focused. It is not medical treatment and is not a substitute for advice or care from a doctor.

Bookings & confirmation

• Submitting the form is a request, not a guaranteed slot.
• A session is confirmed only once we’ve replied by phone or Telegram.
• We’ll do our best to honour your preferred date, time and area, subject to availability.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on each service page and include the home visit across Delhi NCR, with oil and tissues provided. Payment is arranged directly at the time of your session — no payment is taken through this website.

Health & honesty

For your safety, please tell us in advance about any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant. Some conditions mean certain techniques should be adapted or avoided. If you feel unwell, please reschedule. We may decline or stop a session where it wouldn’t be safe or appropriate to continue.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change — that’s fine. We simply ask that you let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move your session, so the time can be offered to someone else. We’ll always try to find a slot that works for you.

Your space

We ask that you provide a clean, quiet and safe space for the session, with a couple of fresh towels (or a sheet) set out. This helps us give you the unhurried experience you deserve.

Liability

We take great care in everything we do. To the extent permitted by law, Sparshya is not liable for outcomes arising from information you chose not to share, or from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top shows the most recent version.
